At The Bralette Co., we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If your new intimates aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and brand tags remain intact and securely attached.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
